Great reply, though. More color than I could have mustered. You're right, too... the only folks who can supercede any of this is CRASS.

'Course not, but believe it or not, he did. At least, my latest check told me they are now taken. Perhaps I should tell him about the .tv domains. Nice and expensive ;-)

go, rien! that guy has nothing on you! he doesn't even know the difference between copyrighting and trademarking. copyright protects an original work; trademark protects a name or logo. direct him to www.whatiscopyright.org and make him learn a little something.

Embarrassing.... I got an email from realityasylum.com's real webmaster. He (and I) have been f*cked by one of his online 'enemies' who send me the emails in his name.
He didn't know a thing about it, nor is he bothered with copyright issues. In fact he's just as annoyed about this as I am.
How's that for a sick joke? Jesus...
