You could use a slice of Javascript that disables right-clicking, but it doesn't do a bit of good.
You could try watermarking your images (just put ©2001 (your name here) on them), then you'll know for sure if someone stole your stuff.
As for your writings, I'm not sure. Hmmm...

Other than posting your site as single JPGs of everything? Or perhaps as PDFs? Probably not much.
I mean, if you find them, you can scare 'em with legalese and/or sending your mobs of fans... but nothing can _make_ them not copy your site, and nothing can stop anyone from nabbing your code in the first place.
(JavaScript tricks to disable right clicking and/or the "View Source" command only works for newbies... but that's at least part of the target group!)
There is a lot of debate as to whether a page layout can be considered proprietary, anyway. There's a difference, some would argue, between the logos, graphics, and actual text of a site (copyrighted) and the layout - tables, frames, background shades, and the like, which are common tools and have limited applications so that duplication is somewhat unavoidable.
Some would say being upset your layout was taken is about as silly as a newspaper being upset that another paper is using headlines, columns, photo borders and captions.
