Online journalers have a reputation for sharing a lot, whether its their deepest secrets or what they had for lunch. Now, journalers who have a habit of sharing how they made their lunch have a place to call their own.

Home on the Range is the brainchild of Sherry Osborne, a 27-year-old "future stay at home mom" in Montreal, Quebec.

"I started to notice that a lot of people who keep online journals seem to enjoy sharing their recipes for their favorite foods just as much as they enjoy sharing their lives," Osborne explains. "Here I have created a showcase for those of us who write and who cook and who write about cooking."

She said she'd been meaning to start the 'burb for nearly two years.

Osborne's recipe collection includes breakfasts, desserts, and drinks, as well as beef and chicken dishes. Fellow Home on the Range members include Dreama whose recipe blog recently featured pearberry smoothies, apple bread pudding, and banana cream pie and Laura, whose baked ziti, jelly tart cookies, and comfort noodle goop are filed under "Laura's Soon-To-Be World Famous Recipes."

Delaware diarist John Stapleford has jumped on the 'burb bandwagon with the Fellow Traveler's 'Burb.

The 'burb is inspired by the saying, "Life's a journey not a destination." Stapleford and his fellow travelers have adopted it as a philosophy of life. "It helps me to read the paths chosen by others so I've decided to gather a few here," he explains. "Do you have any wisdom to offer your Fellow Travellers?"

Inaugural members include Alicia, Michele, and Bev Sykes.
