The purpose of the Clearinghouse is simple: below you will find volunteers, organized by category, who are offering help with HTML, graphics, design, CSS, and more. They have provided their e-mail addresses, URLs and what they would like in exchange — if anything — for those services.

From here, the rest is up to you. Once you contact the volunteer, the two of you will work out the rest. The Clearinghouse is here to hook you up — the listing of volunteers does not imply the backing of Diarist.Net (meaning we haven't checked them out for quality, etc.), which assumes no responsibility for the services provided.
